Pineapple Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Pineapple tidbits |
2 | Light cream cheese - softened | |
8 oz | 227g | Water chestnuts - drained and chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh chives - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt-free seasoning blend |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Pecans - chopped |
Assorted reduced-fat crackers |
Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
In a small bowl, combine pineapple, cream cheese, water chestnuts, chives, seasoning blend, pepper, and pecans.
Stir in reserved juice; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
Yields: 4 cups.
Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
