Pimientos Stuffed With Corn

Recipe Ingredients

1   Whole kernel corn
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSoft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon 15mlChili sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlMelted butter or margarine
  Salt and pepper to taste
6   Canned pimientos - well drained

Recipe Instructions

1. Combine the corn, bread crumbs, chili sauce, butter or margarine and salt and pepper, to taste, in a small bowl.

2. Stuff the pimientos with the corn mixture and place in a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.

3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through.
