1 | Whole kernel corn | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Soft bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Melted butter or margarine |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
6 | Canned pimientos - well drained |
1. Combine the corn, bread crumbs, chili sauce, butter or margarine and salt and pepper, to taste, in a small bowl.
2. Stuff the pimientos with the corn mixture and place in a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through.
