Pepper Spread Appetizer Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sweet red peppers - roasted | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin - or to taste |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sun-dried tomatoes - minced |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced sweet onion - Vidalia |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
Salt and pepper to taste |
*Note: Sun-dried tomatoes should be oil-packed type.
Process all in food processor until well blended. Serve chilled with crackers.
