Pecan Ball Appetizers Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Philadelphia cream cheese | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped pimento |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Cayenne pepper | |
1 | Salt | |
Chopped toasted pecans |
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings.
Mix well. Chill. Shape into small balls; roll in nuts.
