Peanut Sauce - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Unsweetened coconut milk |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Red curry paste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fish sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts - ground |
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Makes about 1 cup.
