125 | Double cream - (whipping cream) | |

Salt and pepper |
1. Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (be generous with this).
2. Wrap a slice of ham around each banana.
3. Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them.
4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
5. Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve cold (but not refrigerated).
Author's Notes: This comes from the It seems to go down rather well as an appetizer, although it would make a nice supper snack, I suppose.
