Party Tuna Mold

Recipe Ingredients

2		Tuna in water - drained
1		Cream cheese - at room temperature
2 tablespoons	30ml	Minced onion
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Old bay seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Ketchup
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Prepared horseradish

Recipe Instructions

Drain tuna. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add tuna and beat until well blended.

Pack into 4 cup mold or small bowl; chill thoroughly.

To serve, unmold onto a plate, garnish with parsley and/or olives and serve with crackers.
