Party Nibbles: Smoked Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked salmon |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light cream cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh dill - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
In food processor, pure salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Mix in onions, dill and pepper.
[Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.] Smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon. Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices. Garnish with fresh dill or green onions.
