Parmesan Chicken Wings Oreganata Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated parmesan cheese - (4oz) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground pepper |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - melted |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chicken wings - disjointed |
Tips removed. |
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a paper bag, combine cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix. Pour melted butter ina a shallow bowl.
2. Dip chicken pieces into butter, then place in a paper bag and shake to coat. Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet and bake 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
