Oysters Brochette

Recipe Ingredients

1   Oysters
6   Bacon
1   Round toothpicks

Recipe Instructions

Drain oysters, discarding liquid. Cut bacon into smaller slices, sufficient to just wrap whole oysters, skewering with toothpicks.

Place under broiler with a medium flame (about 350F) until bacon is cooked.

Serve as hors d'oeuvre.
