Oysters Annapolis Recipe - Cooking Index
24 | Fresh oysters - shucked | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Egg yolks | |
Salt | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green bell pepper |
2 | Crabmeat - chopped | |
1 | Garlic - chopped | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cracker crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
Reserve one shell from each oyster.
Preheat the oven to 350FF. Cut the oysters into several pieces.
Place in the half shells on a baking sheet. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Toss gently.
Pile the mixture on top of the oysters.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
