Oriental Toasted Nuts Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Walnut pieces - pecan halves or |
1 | Almonds | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter or margarine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
Heat oven to 325F. Spread nuts on baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Melt butter or margarine; stir in seasonings.
Pour over nuts, bake 10 - 15 minutes stirring twice.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups
