Oriental Toasted Nuts

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 292g / 10ozWalnut pieces - pecan halves or
1   Almonds
3 tablespoons 45mlButter or margarine
3 tablespoons 45mlSoy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon juice
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlGinger
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 325F. Spread nuts on baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Melt butter or margarine; stir in seasonings.

Pour over nuts, bake 10 - 15 minutes stirring twice.

Yield: 2 1/4 cups
