Orange Garlic Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Butter |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Orange peel zest |
2 | Garlic | |
Salt to taste | ||
White pepper to taste |
Leave butter out until soft and whip until it turns white. Add remaining ingredients; set aside. Just before serving, place 1 tbs orange garlic butter on top of stuffed romaine; melt.
Suggestions: Use as an appetizer; garnish with sliced blanched carrots in Grand Marnier. Serves 4-6.
