Beets In Sour Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Beets - drained and diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt and pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix. Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
