Onion Dip (Low Cal) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese - low fat |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt - low fat |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - chopped |
1 | Pepper |
Base dip. Add onion soup mix, parsley, basil, artichoke, dill, shrimp, crab, or curry as desired.
In blender, process cottage cheese with lemon juice until blended. Add other ingredients.
Process just until mixed. Refrigerate four hours, or overnight.
