Olive Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cheddar cheese - (8 oz.) | |
1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine - melted |
36 | Pimento stuffed olives |
Mix cheese and flour. Add margarine and mix thoroughly. If dough seems dry, work with your hands.
Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive, shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Cover, chill for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400F.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze.
