Beets And Pineapple Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Corn starch |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple tidbits |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Can of beets - slice & drain |
Combine brown sugar, corn starch and salt in pan. Stir in the pineapple with syrup. Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles. Add butter, lemon juice and beets. Cook for about 5 minutes. Randy Rigg
