Nutty Cheese Spread

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
4 tablespoons	60ml	Sugar
4 tablespoons	60ml	Vinegar
4 tablespoons	60ml	Butter
4 tablespoons	60ml	Milk
4		Eggs - beaten
3		Philadelphia cream cheese
3		Red pimento
2 cups	474ml	Nuts

Recipe Instructions

Cook first 6 ingredients until thickened.

Add the 3 8 oz. packages of cream cheese to hot mixture.

Add 3 jars of red pimento (drained). Add the 2 cups of nuts.
