No-Crust Spinach Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mushrooms |
1 cup | 237ml | Red peppers |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ricotta cheese |
1 | Spinach - frozen, drained | |
4 | Eggs | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
Salt and pepper |
Saute the mushrooms and red peppers. Cool.
Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
