Nachos Simplified Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Tortilla chips |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
1 | Green chile salsa | |
1 cup | 237ml | Guacamole |
Arrange the tortilla chips in eight individual casseroles.
Divide the grated cheddar over the chips, then spoon salsa on each.
Broil about 3 or 4 minutes or until hot and lightly browned, then top each with a spoonful of guacamole and serve at once.
