| 1/3 lb | 151g / 5.3oz | Chorizo - (Mexican sausage) |
| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Onions - diced |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Cheddar cheese - low sodium, shredded |
| 1 | Refried beans | |
| 1 | Chopped green chiles | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Green chile enchilada sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sour cream |
| 4 oz | 113g | Guacamole |
In a skillet, brown beef, chorizo and onions together; drain all possible fat.
In a casserole dish, layer in this order: beans, meats, cheese, chiles, and enchilada sauce. Cover and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and guacamole.
Serve at once.
