1/2 cup | 118ml | Cheese sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced jalapeno peppers |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced black olives |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced onion |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced tomatoes |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded Monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions - for garnish |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream - for accompaniment |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Favorite guacamole - for accompaniment |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Favorite salsa - for accompaniment |
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a 9-inch baking dish, spread an even layer of chips. Pour cheese sauce and beans evenly over chips.
Sprinkle with jalapenos, olives, onions and tomatoes. Top with shredded cheeses.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions.
Serve accompanied by sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
