1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pickled jalapeno pepper - chopped (small) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped (medium) |
14 | Melba rounds or toasts |
1. In small bowl, combine cheese, jalapeno pepper and tomato. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture onto each melba round.
2. Place 4 to 6 nachos on microwaveable dish. Microwave on High until heated through, about 45 seconds. Repeat with remaining nachos. (To bake in conventional oven, preheat oven to 400F.
Bake prepared nachos on a cookie sheet until heated through, about 5 minutes.)
