Nacho Snackers

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozShredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozPickled jalapeno pepper - chopped (small)
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozTomato - chopped (medium)
14   Melba rounds or toasts

Recipe Instructions

1. In small bowl, combine cheese, jalapeno pepper and tomato. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture onto each melba round.

2. Place 4 to 6 nachos on microwaveable dish. Microwave on High until heated through, about 45 seconds. Repeat with remaining nachos. (To bake in conventional oven, preheat oven to 400F.

Bake prepared nachos on a cookie sheet until heated through, about 5 minutes.)
