Nacho Dip Texas-Style

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef
1 lb 454g / 16ozBulk - hot, pork sausage
2 lbs 908g / 32ozVelveeta cheese - cubed
10 1/2 oz 298gCream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 oz 298gDiced tomatoes and -
  Green chilies - diced
2 teaspoons 10mlGarlic powder
1 teaspoon 5mlBlack pepper

Recipe Instructions

Brown the meat and sausage in a Dutch oven; drain.

Add remaining ingredients and heat until Velveeta is melted. Mix well.

Continue heating until mixture is very warm. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 8 cups of dip.
