3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Chopped onion |
2 | Sliced mushrooms | |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sour cream |
2 | Tabasco sauce - or more to taste | |
1 | Pepper | |
24 | Pastry shells (small) |
Saute onion for about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes. Spoon into uncooked pastry shells. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over mushroom mixture in shells. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. and then reduce heat to 375and bake for 10 minutes. more.
