Beet Horseradish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Red beets - boiled |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 oz | 56g | Horseradish - fresh |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 | Pepper | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Grate beets and horseradish. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over grated beets and horseradish. Mix thoroughly. Store in jar in refrigerator.
