2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red pepper - crushed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion - finely minced |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Mix ingredients together well.
Make about 1/2 hour before serving as a garnish for collard greens.
