Mock Guacamole - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 157ml | Soft tofu |
1/2 | Avocado - peeled and chopped | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped scallions |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salsa |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped parsley |
Reduced fat tortilla chips |
In food processor, combine tofu, avocado, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, salsa, salt and red pepper sauce; puree until smooth. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Serving (2 tablespoons dip with 6 tortilla chips).
