1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMargarine - melted
1/4 cup 59mlCatsup -
1 teaspoon 5mlChili powder -
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cumin seed -
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder -
5 lbs 2270g / 80ozLarge chicken wings - split or not, tips c

Recipe Instructions

1.Combine hot sauce margarine, catsup & spices and heat, stirring frequently.

2. Fry wings at 365 until crispy, about 6-9 minutes depending on size and equipment used.(Check under ANCHOR BAR HOT WINGS for good handling procedure of Wings)

3. Drain well

4.Toss the wings in hot sauce mixture
