Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Chorizo or hot sausage
1/3 cup	78ml	Soy sauce
1		Garlic - minced
2 lbs	908g / 32oz	Large mushrooms suitable for stuffing

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first three ingredients; mix well. Stuff mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
