Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chorizo or hot sausage |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Soy sauce |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Large mushrooms suitable for stuffing |
Combine the first three ingredients; mix well. Stuff mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
