Bean Sprouts & Green Onions Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Walnut oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bean sprouts |
6 | Green onion - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sunflower seeds |
In a wok or a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil. Rinse bean sprout under cold water. Saute green onions about 3 minutes; stir in sprouts to heat through. Toss with soy sauce. Garnish with parsley and sunflower seeds. Food
