1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Maple syrup |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Chili sauce |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Red pepper flakes |

Drain and discard marinade and grill chicken for 12-15 minutes over medium hot coals.
You can also bake this at 375F for about 30 minutes, or use your broiler (if you have a gas oven) and cook for about 25 minutes.
