Lobster Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Fresh cooked lobster meat - cut into pieces |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise - not miracle whip |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 | Garlic - pressed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely chopped green onions - finely chopped |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
With an electric mixer beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic.
Stir in lobster meat, green onions, salt and pepper; mix well.
Refrigerate overnight and serve with vegetables or crackers.
