3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Black olives - chopped |

1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - sliced |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Lime juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salsa |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Salt - (to taste) |
Mash avocados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or seasonings as desired.
Makes 1 gallon
