Lime-Cilantro Cocktail Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Horseradish - grated |
1 | Lime - juice only | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
Mix well. Chill thoroughly.
Variation: add pinch of ground 'all spice' to taste.
This seafood cocktail sauce calls for a white horseradish, freshly grated -- use less of bottled variety.
