Lime Dipping Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lime juice - fresh |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Fish sauce |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
2 | Red chili peppers - seeded, minced |
Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1 1/3 cup.
