Light-Style Fiesta Shrimp Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen cooked shrimp - thawed | |
1 | Light cream cheese - softened | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Light mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Thinly sliced green onions with tops |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Pace picante sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared horseradish - or to taste |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground cumin |
Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Reserve 1 tablespoon green onions for garnish.
Stir remaining green onions and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture; mix well. Spoon into serving bowl. Chill at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Stir; garnish with reserved shrimp and green onions. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.
Makes about 2 cups.
