1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Buttermilk |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon juice - fresh squeezed |
More to taste |
In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
