1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
5 oz | 142g | Butter |
again, combine and bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes also may add a touch of brown sugar, molasses, Coca Cola, or ketchup to take the bite off and paprika for "color". I've also heard of carrots and raisons as "sweet" ingredient but never tried it.
