Layered Crab Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Cream cheese - softened | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely chopped green onions |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Chili sauce |
1 | Crab meat - drained |
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese, Worcestershire and garlic powder until fluffy; stir in onion.
On serving plate, spread cheese mixture into 6-inch circle.
Top with chili sauce then crabmeat. Cover; chill.
Serve with crackers.
Refrigerate leftovers.
