10 oz | 284g | Chopped spinach - frozen, thawed |
1 | Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix | |
16 oz | 454g | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
8 oz | 227g | Water chestnuts - chopped |
3 | Green onions - chopped |
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended.
Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.
Cover; chill 2 hours. Stir before serving.
Makes about 4 cups.
NOTES : Great served with Triscuits.
