1/2 cup | 118ml | Catsup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon or lime juice |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parsley - chopped fine |
Louisiana hot sauce | ||
Boiled crawfish or shrimp |
Combine all ingredients to make sauce.
Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce.
