32 oz | 909g | Canned black-eyed peas |
3 1/2 oz | 99g | Packaged sliced pepperoni - diced |
1 oz | 28g | Green pepper - diced (medium) |
1 oz | 28g | Onion - diced (medium) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot taco sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
