Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
Garlic clove - to taste; minced | ||
1 | Onion - dice fine (medium) | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Provolone cheese - grated |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Sausage meat - Bob Evans |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mushroom caps - whole, large |
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
