Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

  Garlic clove - to taste; minced
1   Onion - dice fine (medium)
4 tablespoons 60mlParmesan cheese - grated
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozProvolone cheese - grated
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSausage meat - Bob Evans
1 lb 454g / 16ozMushroom caps - whole, large

Recipe Instructions

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.

Drain sausage mixture.

Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
