Italian-Flavored Shrimp Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Italian salad dressing mix |
4 1/2 oz | 127g | Tiny shrimp - (1 can) rinsed |
And drained | ||
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely chopped green pepper |
3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese softened |
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium bowl; beat until fluffy.
Beat in salad dressing mix and lemon juice. Stir in shrimp and bell pepper.
Chill, covered at least one hour.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
