Barley With Vegetables Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Barley |
2 cups | 474ml | Broth of your choice |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (large) |
2 | Ripe tomatoes - diced | |
1 | Mushrooms - drained | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegan worstershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
1 | Black pepper |
Put all in rice cooker and stir. Put on cover and turn to COOK. Will be ready in about 45 minutes. Can probably do this on the stove as well. Just bring to a boil, turn down to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
