Individual Spinach Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen spinach souffle - (12 oz.) thawed | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Swiss cheese - (4 oz.) |
2 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
Tart Shells | ||
1 | Cream cheese - (3 oz.) softened | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All-purpose flour |
FILLING Combine first 5 ingredients, and stir well; pour into prepared pastry shells. Bake at 350A for 30 minutes.
FOR THE SHELL Combine cream cheese and butter; cream until smooth. Add flour, mixing well. Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours.
Shape the dough into 24 (1-inch) balls; put each ball into a paper-lined 1 3/4-inch muffin pan, and shape into a shell.
