1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Shelled pecans |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted butter |
Celery salt - to taste | ||
Garlic powder - to taste, or | ||
1 | Garlic - minced | |
Cayenne pepper - to taste | ||
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Preheat oven to 200F.
Toast the pecans on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes. Pour melted butter over pecans an toss thoroughly.
Sprinkle on celery salt, garlic, cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
