120 | Sharp cheddar cheese - grated | |
50 | Soft butter | |
50 | Flour | |
1 | Salt | |
2 1/2 | Paprika | |
25 | Olives - (approx) |
1 . Blend cheese with butter.
2. Add flour, salt, paprika. Mix well.
3 . Dry olives. Wrap a spoonful of dough around each and seal well.
4. Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes.
Author's Notes: You can freeze the unbaked cheese puffs on a cookie sheet and then store them in the freezer in a plastic bag.
