Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Marinated artichoke hearts - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise - fat free if desired |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream - low fat or fat free, if desired |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped water chestnuts |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - (or more), finely chopped |
Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, water chestnuts and green onions. Place in the slow cooker on low for at least 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
Serve directly from slow cooker with crackers or slices of crusty French bread.
