Hot Artichoke Dip

Recipe Ingredients

2   Marinated artichoke hearts - drained
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise - fat free if desired
1 cup 237mlSour cream - low fat or fat free, if desired
2 cups 292g / 10ozGrated parmesan cheese
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped water chestnuts
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onions - (or more), finely chopped

Recipe Instructions

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, water chestnuts and green onions. Place in the slow cooker on low for at least 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.

Serve directly from slow cooker with crackers or slices of crusty French bread.
